Recently I reworked a  study of the siphonophore Sarsias siphonophora.  This subject kept me busy over the years. By the end of 2012 I decided that the image was completed.

In this blog I present an impression of the complete animal.
This image is of course not true to life: everything (shapes, curls, colours) is exagerated for great effect.
